Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Dealership was fine. Mr. Singh was professional and a pleasure to work with. I should have sold my trade in Subaru 2017 105,000 mi. Subaru in NY offered 9315, Old Bridge Ford gave me 6500. Sell first before doing deal and come in with money. I was foolish. CT5 is great 6 cylinder. Can not wait to drive it every day. Subaru, was fun but not as quiet.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem.
