Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. 2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.
