I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2024 Hyundai Venue tomorrow morning. I can’t thank Mike and Tony enough for all their hard work for me and my daughter. Even though I know I wasn’t the only client they were helping, when I was with them, I felt like I was their only priority. Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!
