DESOTO Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.

We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Let me share this. I just had the Best experience of my car buying life. Friendly staff great customer service and HONEST. I would send anyone there to work with them. They gave me an honest price and I did not have an omg what are these 7k in fees on my contract or a total insult like some other Sarasota County dealers with my trade which was a fully loaded 2017 with 97k on it. We agreed on a trade price on the phone and I came in and he said I can’t give you that amount we talked about I have to give you more. While I was finishing up paperwork they already put my tag on the new car and my license plate frame. The car was not detailed yet because someone was out today but they guaranteed me a detail and it will be done tomorrow after 9am. So here is my advice to you go to Plattner in Venice ask for Tony, Chris or Kevin, you will leave with a car and a smile. We will be getting another car sometime in the next year or two and guess where we are going. Plattner Venice. Ditch the other dealers who only want to deal with the ELITE and want to rob you blind. You know who they are.
