He was not pushy and provided advice from his 21+ years of experience which we found invaluable. After we decided on a lease-buy back, he programmed our satellite and local radio channels, showed us how to operate everything on the instrument panel, and helped us to download the FordPass App so we can remotely start, lock and unlock the vehicle.
