We will cross paths again. I’ve got your number and email address. Amazingly, our sales experience started when Andrew Mastari connect it with my wife and I in the back area of the Ford dealer. He asked us if he could help us and we said sure we’re looking for a Ford transit van and he says well may I show you what he said, of course, and he jumped into our vehicle and he drove us over to the neighboring lot and we looked into the transit and even took a test drive. He was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. His sales manager, Ryan, Chase, a fellow salesman and Patricia Maldonado in Finance helped round out our transaction in Finance. Each of these team members worked tirelessly to ensure our process was seamless and completely free of errors. It took a lot of extra effort with my special situation, but they did it well and I am so proud of these guys and representing Ford and Autonation USA. 'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

Peter Frost is my service advisor and he does an excellent job in communicating with me. He is very patient and kind! Tekeema Robinson is my valet driver and she is the ONLY person that I want to pick up my Bronco Sport! She is responsible and honest and always has a smile on her face. Both Peter and Tekeema know how to give great service! They both possess great people skills, which is rare in any business. I want to always deal with Peter Frost and Tekeema Robinson!
