I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

When we first stopped in; the vehicle with options we wanted was not on the lot, but was on order. No pressure to take what they had; and Josh contacted us as soon as it arrived just as he promised. We made an afternoon appointment to see it, and they had it unloaded, cleaned, and ready for us to see. We were driving it home within an hour and a half. No pressure sales, just answers to the questions we had and working to find what we wanted!
