New and used 2026 Ford Explorer for sale near Galena, OH

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Germain Ford since we moved to Columbus in 2017. We recently brought in our 2017 Explorer for a variety of needs including the equivalent of a 200k service, oil change, all the door seals, windshield cowling, blower motor, and heated seats replaced, as well as recall work on the A pillars. We’ve been working with Zack for a few years as our Service Manager. He’s always been up front and communicative every step of the way. My wife is the primary driver of the Explorer and is grateful the windshield cowling, A pillars, and door seals were repaired/replaced. Between the wind noise and the windshield doing weird things it was getting ridiculous to drive. When we eventually have to replace our suv, Zack is the reason we’ll be getting a Bronco. He picked the rental knowing my wife would need it. She says it is the only rental in eight years she’s liked and then promptly priced one out.

My 2017 Escape had paint peeling on pillars and roof. Jimmie the body shop manager took care of the problem. Gave me a loaner while my car was in shop. He and his crew did an excellent job. Highly recommend the Krieger Body Shop.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. We know that we can rely on him to find what we need. Mike is personable and straightforward. He gets the job done and does it very well. We'll see him again when it's time for truck number 5.

We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. Want to start by saying my whole experience with Germain Ford from start to finish was exceptional. Went looking for a vehicle in mind Brynden was amazing. He came out and greeted us and asked if we had any questions. He was not pushy or overbearing at all. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on their lot. However Brynden and Jason went above and beyond to help us find the expedition we were looking for. This took a few days but they kept us posted every step of the way.
