Tasca Ford Yonkers review
First and best experience at a dealership thanks to Kole Tomaj. The process was smooth he worked with me very well he was very informative and overall down to earth and awesome. Made me feel like a comfortable customer. Ford needs employees like this that are real and not fake and very respectful and a professional. Kole Tomaj and his boss Miles who is a very professional character as well and projects, that of what a supervisor should be, were the most helpful and help me in the situation that was very complicated due to negligence of others. I can’t speak for other departments at Ford, but the sales team with Miles and Kole Tomaj 5 star. A+.

Tasca Ford Yonkers review
Tasca Ford has amazing staff and they treat you with respect. They listened to my issues with my Bronco and resolved most of it. The Service department staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very welcoming. Did get my 22 Bronco from Tasca Ford but they treated me like the vehicle was from that dealership. They had a loaner available as soon as i got there and the loaner vehicle department was very helpful. Service Advisor Anil Mangar was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date via, phone, text and email. He listened to all my concerns and guaranteed resolutions. The one issue that cant be resolved is just a Ford issue and Service Advisor Anil has been trying his best with Ford HQ to resolve. Anil is a true representative of FORD and TASCA Ford dealership is an amazing representation for FORD's highest quality with regards on how customers should be treated. Please recognize this dealership and especially Anil from service. The are the reason I am sticking with FORD after all the issues with my 22 Bronco

I bought a 2023 Ford Explorer from Route 23 Automall. From start to finish the process was transparent, quick and easy. The sales manager, Solomon, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible with my purchase. I did not feel pressured in any way unlike at most dealerships. It was a pleasure doing business here and I highly recommend buying a car from Route 23 Automall!

Irwin Automotive GroupReviews
Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Hertz Car Sales Smithtown review
Bought my 2018 4Runner from them. Good "No haggle" price. In spite of the "Covid" restrictions the process went smoothly. Their "Detail Center" was closed due to the restrictions so they gave me a "We owe" on the cleaning and detail.
