Yesterday I took my 2017 Ford Escape to Gary Crossley Ford that I just bought about a month ago. There was a recall on a certain part that hasn't been done yet and they performed the replacement under warranty. It was also time to service the transmission and I asked them to do that too. Ryan was my Service Associate who helped me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific car and its transmission and the frequency of the service that would keep it running great.
