She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. The only criticism I would say is some of the female employees on the sales floor don't look very professional in their casual dress.
