Credit where credit is due. Mark in the parts department is outstanding. I needed an obscure accessory for my Ford Transit 250, rocker molding for running boards. I searched multiple Ford dealers, online accessory suppliers and could not get anything other than the standard moldings. My warranty work on my Mach E was done with their usual professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

We live about an hour and a half away, but Onie made the process incredibly easy by handling everything over the phone ahead of time. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I can’t recommend Heller Ford highly enough. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles and values customer service, look no further. Ask for Onie—he’s the real deal!
