Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

Mike worked so hard to help me get into a new SUV, even though my credit isn’t the best and my trade-in wasn’t great either. The effort he put in truly amazed me. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony in finance, who was just as wonderful. He was personable, understanding, and respectful of my situation. Both Mike and Tony were polite, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They put in so much effort to get me into a new car, and it definitely paid off! I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2024 Hyundai Venue tomorrow morning. I can’t thank Mike and Tony enough for all their hard work for me and my daughter.
