Mooresville Ford review
If you're shopping for a car, stop by Mooresville Ford — you won't regret it! We've purchased three vehicles from them in just one year (two in the past week alone!), and every single experience has been outstanding. Service Manager Mike Fanning is top-notch, and our sales rep Wilber went above and beyond to take care of us. From financing all the way through to the final deal, every person we worked with was helpful, genuine, and committed to getting us the best deal possible. What we love most is how much this dealership supports the community. Mooresville Ford truly makes you feel like family — it's why we keep coming back, and why we'll be back again! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mooresville Ford review
I had the smoothest experience buying a car from Mooresville Ford. I had three people working for me to answer my questions, explain contracts, track down people, and generally made it easy to buy online. My new vehicle has turned out to be in very good shape and was serviced and ready to ride before I bought it. The risk of buying was eliminated by two layers of safety. First, I could drive it for 10 days, which I did and had my hybrid specialist look at it. Great shape for the mileage and age. Like new to me. Second, it is backed by the "Ford" 3-month fix anything discovered during that period. I am happy.

Mooresville Ford is the ONLY place we go to!! Whether it be for new vehicles, service on vehicles, etc. From the time you enter the building, you become family . We found them to be honest, professional, and caring. They have a great assortment of vehicles available to purchase. We have bought our past 5-6 vehicles there in the past few years. Our #1 Salesman is Scott Speagle !! This man is phenomenal!! We also love the service department, and the options they offer to get your vehicle serviced . They’ll even come to your home , or personally pick up your vehicle!! We recently purchased a 2026 Ford Ranger XLT.. we are over the top excited to have seen it on the lot , within a few hours we were driving it home!! Scott is so professional, and he is like family To us now . We know if we have any questions, he’ll be there .

Capital Ford Of Charlotte review
I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

Highly recommend Mark Ficken Ford! We just purchased a beautiful 2026 Ford Explorer and couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we received the best hospitality of any dealership we?ve ever visited. They were fair, generous with our budget, and truly made the process enjoyable. Special thanks to our manager Ervin Jaimes and Ashton Jones, who provided an outstanding visit and made everything seamless. If you?re looking for a great buying experience, this is the place! This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We did go back and forth abit about financing but with Melanie and Tairons persistence, they got me where I needed to be. I even gotten a screen protector installed as well. The staff there are also very playful and laid back and not too sales pitchy. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience. Rate did not come back at what they claimed it would be and had no wiggle room there aparently. Only issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good experience.
