Used sales was great. Very professional and upfront. Good experience. Finance (additional sales) was a bit extreme, typical of every dealership whether I buy new or used. I realize its part of the dealership’s job, but kinda annoying. Also, pulled 7 credit checks! Disappointing. Instead of making me wait in the waiting area and searching 7 different banks/credit unions they could have come out and asked me. I would have got the loan from my credit union without the hits on my report. In total, typical process at any dealer. Just way too many credit pulls.

Long story short, Ryan Acheson got me in my exact truck and spec I wanted, for a lower monthly payment, less money down than I thought I would need, and I was even happy with the $0 down sign and drive deal he put together for me. He worked with used car sales to get me a fair deal on a trade in as well and cut me a check. Completely took away any dealer fear and made it quick and painless. Couldn’t be happier. I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children.
