Five Star Ford LewisvilleReviews
Five Star Ford Lewisville review
In today’s world it seems customer service has become a rarity, but thank goodness for John Bokin with Five Star Ford my faith has been restored. This was probably the fourth time I had taken my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an issue. The same noise had been reoccurring for several years. It was not until John was assigned as my service advisor, that one really listened and was dedicated to resolving the issue. It is his genuine caring that separates John from the rest. It was his dedication and commitment that isolated and fixed the issue. The car now drives better than the day I purchased it. I thank you John from the bottom of my heart! You are truly an asset to Ford.

AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I brought my car in for new brakes and a diagnostic check. Jaime was amazing and honest from the start. He explained the issue clearly without any high-pressure upselling, gave me a fair price quote, and had the car ready on schedule. Highly recommend Frisco AutoNation Service shop for reliable service!

Bill Utter Ford review
The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Randall Reed's Planet Ford 635 review
This place was my last stop but will be my first from now on. Everyone there treated me great. I will only purchase my vehicles from them for now on. I asked for my payment to be around a set number. There was snow of this back and forth crap like the other places. Gregg told me he could get there and he did. I literally shopped, test drove a few, signed and left all in about 3 hours.

AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I was I. The market for a used Mustang. I did do my research before hand. I think David knew that I was focused on one thing and he accommodated me. He answers all my questions. The financial guy seemed to be a little out of it and “tired” which was a little off putting. Over all I found what I wanted. The service in the back end was a little slow.

I had a wonderful experience working with Terry, my sales consultant. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Terry took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I also want to thank Alex for all his help. Both Terry and Alex went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making my experience a great one. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

I had a great experience buying my 2025 Ford Maverick XLT truck from Kyle at Prosper Ford. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and never pushy, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Kyle took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through my options, and made sure I drove off in the right truck for my needs. The entire team was professional and efficient from start to finish. If you’re looking for an honest, smooth truck-buying experience, I highly recommend Prosper Ford. Thank you again Ruben.

Porcaro FordReviews
Porcaro Ford review
No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
