McDavid FordReviews
McDavid Ford review
Going in for a Ford and coming out with my dream ram was not what I was expecting from a Ford dealership, but that kind of versatility is what one can expect coming from David McDavid Ford in fort worth. Coming from the cold northern winters and ever salted roads of Wisconsin growing up, I was eager to see what a southern state had to offer for used vehicles. I had gotten a recommendation for David McDavid Ford from my brother who had an excellent experience aswell with our new salesman, and dare I say. friend, Jason Reed, who had listend and made note of every little detail of what we wanted, and our budgets, to make sure we were put into the PERFECT trucks. I have never felt more welcome and taken care of outside of a family holiday. If your in the market, and your even remotely close to the area, making a trip to David McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, Texas is a MUST for a new or used vehicle. And if your lucky enough to land on the other side of the desk from Jason, skip the casino for a while because you just hit the jackpot!

I had an awesome experience here my wife purchased a new explorer , the sales staff helped her set up her Ford Pass account and phone then actually rode with her after the sale to be certain she had knowledge of how the blue cruise and adaptive cruise worked.

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Five Star Ford review
My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Auto Nation. Both were a pleasure when purchasing the vehicles. I wasn?t even looking to buy this new vehicle. The dealership was looking for used vehicles and contacted me , several hours later I had traded my old truck for a new one. The sales people, managers and finance people were Great to work with. They kept me informed all throughout the process. The deal ship was clean and accommodating. My salesman was new but other experienced salesman stepped in and helped him out. Teamwork through the sales and sales manger were a great experience. The finance person was awesome to deal with explaining everything to me.

Porcaro FordReviews
Porcaro Ford review
No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
