This is my kind of place. The people are real. I didn't have to put up with a sales pitch. They let me look at the vehicle I wanted to see and let me make up my mind. The best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable, but very kind. There were no games and no added fees. Highly recommend.
I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Fugate motors. The process couldn't have went smoother. The sales person went above and beyond to find the Jeep I wanted and get it here the next day. She showed me how to work everything and explained to me the Jeep Wave program. I've brought my Jeep in for service and have had nothing but great work done with the friendly service guys. If you're looking for an honest, hometown dealership, shop Fugate!

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
I found a truck that I liked through cars.com, at Gregg Smith Ford in Clinton MO.
I drove down from Des Moines IA (4HRS) I got there, i was greeted very quickly. Almost immediately, I was handed the keys to the truck so I could kick the tires.
After the test drive, I sat down with Dwayne Compton, my sales person. He was very polite, funny, but professional as well. We talked about the truck, which he admitted to not knowing everything detail and gadget about it, but was quick to find answers to every question that I had. I offered my 2013 Hyundai Sonata as a trade. This didn't go as well as I had hoped. I thought that I would get a couple more thousand than was offered. After some haggling , we agreed on a price, and soon I was signing paperwork. I was then greeted by Gregg Smith himself. The owner was there on a Saturday afternoon. Impressive, at least to me. He was a riot. He gave Dwayne the gas card and instructed him to fill my F250 Super Duty 6.7 Powerstroke with diesel. Well alright!! That was $64 right there.
All in all it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice. I have bought a bunch of cars from many different dealerships, and this place was one of the nicer ones I've had to endure. They offered me coffee/soda/water, and doughnuts.
The visit took about 3.5 hours, but considering that I was buying from out-of-state, and dickering over the price of my trade. I was still left impressed. The dealership is kinda small but warm and welcoming. I would consider buying there again if they had the vehicle that I was looking for. Even though it is 180 miles from home.

perfect car for my purposes, traveling, camping etc. I look forward to many fun trips and adventures, I need 25 words but for now I think this is about it.
This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer. My family has always been a ford family..
The gentleman that I talked with called me back and answered the questions I asked. THat's all I have to say. That's It. !!!! !!!!

Most spacious and comfortable car I've had!

This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.
The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.
Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
Its been a great family car, especially for trips.

This car met all of our family needs. We have enjoyed it. It was comfortable for transporting adults in all of the seats as well as children. The TV made the entertainment on long trips seem short and more enjoyable.
Handles great. Plenty of power. Roomy. Good interior design. Lots of extras. Economical. Laying down the back seats gives you plenty of room or stand them up to haul a couple more people.
Everyone was very friendly. I had my car serviced and have confidence in the service department.

Feels like an expensive car for a great price!

This car has all the bells and whistles one would expect from a premium vehicle, but at a much more affordable price. The interior is sleek and accommodating, as well as comfortable. I love the double panel sunroof and the heated seats! So far it's doing decent on gas mileage for considering its size. It also doesn't feel like driving a tank, it maneuvers well and rides smoothly!
I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
