So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here!

Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
Big Bear was such a big help on finding us a gently used preowned vehicle that was perfect for our family. I purchased a used vehicle they advertised on cars.com. It took until after the weekend before i was contacted by their internet sales person, Neal. From that point on, there was the usual haggling over the price of their car plus my trade.
I took the drive up from South Florida with a little anxiety, knowing nothing of this dealership.
From the moment i arrived i was treated professionally and made to feel welcome. Their buying process was state of the art and fast. If i spent more than 15 minutes actually doing the buying process, i would be surprised.
The vehicle i purchased was in like new condition, just as they advertised. The car fax was offered for free. The price was far and they honored the deal we made through e-mails. There were no last minute charges or changes.
Over all, it was the best vehicle buying experience i have ever had. Direct, to the point, no hidden fees or surprises and the car was exactly as they advertised. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The actual buying experience was fantastic. Fully computerized without a ton of paperwork. i would certainly do bussiness with them again, even if i had to drive a while to get there. For me it was an 11 hour trip to get there and i left feeling it was worth the trip.
I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
I purchased a F250 from the dealership last November . I was driving back from south Georgia last weekend 8/19/17 ( note only 3700 miles on the the truck ). My sun roof exploded and started falling into the truck . Nothing hit it is just sounded like a gun going off in the truck. I took the truck to the dealership on Monday . Dylan called me daily updating me on the status of the truck. I was told after a couple days that FORD was not going to cover it . Dylan got with Jacky Jones before calling me and the dealership covered the complete repair. Five star dealership in my book . I will be trading with them again in the near future.
