We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.
Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.
I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime. Because I couldn?t locate what I wanted here in the Midwest, I ended up searching for one on the west coast, via the internet. I finally ended up at Kendall Motors in Eugene, OR ? the California market was just too strange. Because of the holidays, end of the year deadlines, distances involved and preplanned trips, the process could have been daunting. But the individuals at Kendall Motors, which felt like a home-town dealership, were exceptionally good. Mark Jabs, in sales, was very professional and dedicated to the success of the process and I Never felt pressured. He more than earned his pay on this one! I can?t sing his praises enough. I might have given up but for the help from both Mark and Ann in the ?paperwork? division. I thank them very much ? I ended up with exactly what I wanted. And at a good price.
Fastest and easiest car deal i have ever done! Dealt over the phone and when i drove 3 hours to get there, everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. Skylar is a man of his word, even came in on his day off to make sure it all ran smooth.

My wife and recently purchased a new truck from Kendall Ford of Eugene. This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. They were very helpful and friendly to work with, I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a new car or truck.
Earlier, I sent in a review regarding a not-so-good experience we had with Kendall Ford Service. Within a day, I was contacted by Kevin Hyde the Customer Service Manager. He was very kind and very professional. He apologized for our bad experience. To make a long story short, Kevin and Kendall Ford went out of their way to turn a negative experience into a very positive experience. They not only fixed the issues we had, they went to bat for us with an extended warranty issue and got a mechanical problem covered that had been denied by the extended warranty company. They actually found another issue with the car that hadn't been detected by us earlier and fixed that at no charge to us. They even went so far as to reimburse us in fuel for the two extra trips we had to make into town to drop the car off. Kendall Ford has re-established my faith in them as a dealership who really does care about serving their customers. Thank you Kendall Ford and Kevin Hyde.
