I really dislike car dealerships and going to them - however the experience at Norm Reeves was completely different. Every employee was super friendly, helpful, no pressure and did everything they could to help me out with my transaction. it was fast, painless and a really great experience from start to finish. Thanks a lot!

2004 Ford F-150 review
I bought my truck new and it's still running great with over 260K miles. I changed the oil every 3K then switched years ago to synthetic and know every 5K and transmission fluid every 30K. I maintain the vehicle when required per owners manual if not before. This truck has gone everywhere hunting and driving the back roads of Arizona and now Alabama. Never had a quad or sidexside as my truck served that roll. Very satisfied as vehicle has cost me on average $154.33 a month to maintain over the past 238 months since new.

Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

2004 Ford F-150 review
these trucks are by far underrated. extremely reliable and tows excellent. these trucks last long if u maintain it. everyone talking about heavy maintenance/well guys these are 20 year old trucks now. rust needs to be kept after and the engine 5.4 is very reliable. no issues, keep oil in it and it will treat u well 240k miles and still going strong. people say these are the worst years for the f150 well, I can't imagine a better one.

2004 Ford F-150 review
I bought a brand new 2004 XL Heritage 4.2l V6 supercab. Manual doors and windows. It’s now 2024 and this has been the single most reliable vehicle I’ve ever had. Plan on driving it until they stop selling gasoline. In 20 years it’s been just tires, brakes, plugs and oil changes. All my family has gone through several vehicles in the meantime.

2004 Ford F-150 review
I love my truck it has 122000 mikes in it. Repairs on wheels bearing, 1000.00 per wheel 700.00 shift actuator assembly. Has a random periodic 2 sec hesitation every once and awhile but goes right back to normal diving with not codes or check engine light ever on. Not fixed it pulls my 2 horse trailer loaded with 2 heavy horses with no problem..

Had to have some service done on our vehicle. Scheduling an appointment was easy and when I arrived and connected with Adam I was treated like I was the only focus he had for the day. He and his team found the issue and resolved it quickly. They also found an alignment issue and did the necessary work immediately. The whole experience was topped off with a complimentary car wash that left a smile on my face! Thank you all for confirming that we made the right choice when picking a dealership.

Legacy Ford review
I really appreciate the fast response at repairing our 2019 F-150 5-27-2026 after the check engine light came on on I-84. Unlike the local so called repair people in the Ontario area the pros at Legacy are very good at their jobs. Kudos to Legacy Ford for work well done, I will be back....and so should you if you need your Ford repaired.
