The entire experience after contacting I10 Premier was truly top notch. I was treated with the utmost of respect and kindness, and can't say enough positive things about Jerry in sales. Although we were unable to finalize the deal price-wise, Jerry listened and did his best to help. I would absolutely return to investigate purchasing should we be able to have the numbers work out. In the end, the dealership priced the car above figures posted on KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar, and NADA, so I was ready to buy on the spot but hesitant to proceed with a dollar amount greater than those posted for the public to make use in making such decisions.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

The experience was wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. Are usually do not like car dealers but this one was definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen. They have good quality of cars and stuff

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

I have owned a 2016 f150 since July 1 2016. Bought it new and it now has 92000 miles and drives and handles and looks as good as it did new. Id rate it a7on a 1-5 scale!!!

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. Kevin was absolutely amazing in being honest and truthful about my car! My bank was giving me issues so he recommended me go to a different credit union and they gave me half of the interest rate that my bank was going to. Not only that, but he let me take the car that I was purchasing to the bank to apply for this auto loan, That’s not trusted humanity I don’t know what is! I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.
