I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
I purchased a F250 from the dealership last November . I was driving back from south Georgia last weekend 8/19/17 ( note only 3700 miles on the the truck ). My sun roof exploded and started falling into the truck . Nothing hit it is just sounded like a gun going off in the truck. I took the truck to the dealership on Monday . Dylan called me daily updating me on the status of the truck. I was told after a couple days that FORD was not going to cover it . Dylan got with Jacky Jones before calling me and the dealership covered the complete repair. Five star dealership in my book . I will be trading with them again in the near future. Two weeks ago we purchased a 2012 F350 Dually with approximately 35K miles. The truck was in fantastic condition. The dealer had it cleaned and waiting on us to test drive. The test drive, the initial sales contact and financing were as easy as the three previous vehicles I purchased from this dealer. Two days after the purchase, we picked up a nail in one of the rear tires. When the tire was being repaired, the technician pointed out that the tires were "cracking with age" and 9 years old. Needless to say we were surprised at the age of the tires. The tires had been cleaned and polished for our test drive and appeared to still have alot of tread life left. I called the salesman and asked was he aware he had sold us the truck with out of date tires. His answer was "do you think they are made the day the truck is made? They can stay in the warehouse 4 or 5 years at the factory before being put on a vehicle." My question was then why in the Ford manual does it say to replace tires every 6 years no matter the tread. He informed me he nor the dealership would do anything about the tires. I emailed the dealership's general manager, Berrong Kimsey, and expressed my concerns. As of today, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement of that email.
How does a 5 year old truck with 35K miles have 9 year old tires? We are now having to replace all 6 tires for a cost of $1300-$1500!! The dealership said the truck went through a 27 point inspection before we could leave with it. Tire date must not be on that list. Not only does the Ford manual indicate a 6 year limit, the B F Goodrich website and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration agree with the 6 year replacement.

My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
