I had never purchased from Jim O'Neil before. A few of my favorite people in the auto dealer industry moved there. Jim O'Neil gained a few of the best and I would put this dealership at the top in the area for it. When we purchased the vehicle it was obvious they went through and did an inspection, and fixed anything that needed fixing. Used cars come in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. And to see everything on the service record that they fixed, was a sign of attention to detail that many other dealerships lack. That was refreshing to see, and moved my confidence level up in this dealership. The sales people in there are great. Financing team is awesome. Over all it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Neil and Jay in there for years. And have bought quite a few vehicles from them. I can not elaborate enough on how easy the car buying experience is with them. Its smooth and painless, as it should be. They answer any questions you have with honesty and integrity. Neil himself is very knowledgeable with cars. So I trust the answers he gives me. And Jay is one of the best finance guys around, and is extremely knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a good place to pick up a new whip I suggest checking out Jim O'Neil. I know we glad we did, they gained a repeat customer!

2019 Ford F-150 review
I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!
