We had an issue when we drove off the lot that required us to leave the car in the dealership overnight. Thankfully the service center repaired the problem and we were able to take it home the next day. 2021 Ford F-150 review
The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.

I did visit a few dealerships were I wasted my time! Some dealerships don’t take the time to look at garbage they are selling. They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car. Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Bought a used 2014 ford focus SE. We’ve had it for a few days now and we are really enjoying it. Juan Colon was very helpful and helped us every step of the way. We had an issue when we drove off the lot that required us to leave the car in the dealership overnight. Thankfully the service center repaired the problem and we were able to take it home the next day. Juan and his manager were able to give us a loaner vehicle so we can go home in peace as we traded in our vehicle for the Ford Focus. I am so appreciative of the open communication and getting updates as we really needed to have our car for the upcoming work week. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through!
