Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

K.C. (Kyle) was very helpful and explained the purchasing process very simply and matter of factually. He was courteous and respectful and eager to do what it takes. I exchanged emails with him for awhile before going to the lot. I made an appointment with K.C. so he would know I was coming and be available and have time for me. K.C. had a couple or three trucks for me to look at that was based on my email feedback. The test drive process was very easy and quick (or as long as I wanted). Took about an hour or so to start the approval process but that was including my test drives. I was hoping to get it all done in about 3-3.5 hours and took about 4.5 but that was no fault of K.C.'s just the time it takes. I strongly recommend to use K.C. anytime you are looking for a vehicle. He will show you respect and no pressure.

I just want to give the biggest shout out to Quenton Duncan. I have had a hard year and a few weeks ago, I totaled my car in Nashville. I was so stressed on finding a new car and trusting someone that really cared and could really help me and my family. I went to Quenton because I have talked to him before about a car but never got one. He was such and amazing person to work with. He was so patient with me and understanding. Was helped by Mark Shaw, told him upfront don't waste my time and I wont waste yours. He didn't, traded in a truck and was out the door in about two hours total, pretty fast for a busy Saturday. The longest part was waiting on the bank to approve. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck, he was very helpful.
