By far this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in years! No gimmicks, no pressure, very low key, knowledgeable salesperson, quick and easy. From sales to finance, this dealership knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this dealership!!

I took my diesel truck in for an unscheduled oil change. Since I didn't have an appointment, I expected to have to wait. Shawn told me that he would still be able to get my truck even though they were busy. Turns out, since my truck is diesel they are particular about who works on it and I had to wait longer than they thought I should have. I didn't complain. But, they didn't charge me for the visit because I waited so long. Wow, it was a long wait. But, a diesel oil changes cost over 70 dollars and their customer service department valued my time such that they ate the cost. Thank you Lane Buick GMC. I'll be backl.
Service dept. put the wrong tire numbers on the rebate form. Rebate company sent me half of the rebate amount, as a courtesy. After several service department runarounds at Lane about the error--and 3 months later--I called Amy, the manager of Lane. She apologized for the problem and is sending me a check for the other $50.00 of the rebate. So, in conclusion, it was a negative experience with a positive conclusion.
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.

I was very pleased with their non-aggressive sales approach. There is nothing worse than pushing sales people. All of them were very pleasant and worked well to get my son into the car he wanted. The car is in excellent condition, they even provided the carfax with all maintenance records back to the original purchase. Overall very pleased with our experience with not only the sales staff but also the general manager and owner. Would definitely recommend them to friends and loved ones.
I saw an ad for a 2014 Genesis Coupe with 52k miles the night before I went in. The next day I called them up and was greeted by Patrick, I asked if I could come in and see the car and I was told that it was okay. I arrived maybe 3 or 4 hours later and saw the car, it was in great condition. Took it for a spin with Patrick and when we came back I was ready for paperwork. I ended up buying the car and traded in my 2018 Civic LX with only 6800 miles, I was pleased when they gave me some room with my positive equity on the car. Usually used car dealerships are pretty scummy when it comes to trade ins. Another thing is that they financed me through Launch, which is local to my area in Palm Bay, so it's nice that the banks they do business with are reputable. I'm very happy with the car. Patrick and Todd were genuinely nice dudes, weren't aggressive about their sales tactics. One thing that I should mention though, if you come here, you're buying a used car. Especially if it's a sports car, come in with the mindset that it needs all fluids replaced/topped as well as some parts. The engine bay makes a slight clicking/cricket noise upon closer inspection so I'm going to perform maintenance on it as well as take it to the local Hyundai dealership to investigate. My own research suggested that the fuel injectors that Hyundai's GDi engine makes that noise and is normal on all of them, but better safe than sorry. My Genesis Coupe actually has factory warranty on it for another 15 months/9k miles, it's almost unheard of at used car lots, so I'm definitely going to take advantage of that.
My husband and I were looking for a quality used car. We looked at the local dealers here in Melbourne and figured we would have to go to Orlando or another larger city to find what we were looking for.
We did some research online to cut down on our driving time. We found the car we were looking for at Gen-X Motors on Wickham Road.
After visiting the lot, discussing the 2015 Expedition and doing a test driving we were thrilled to know we could buy our car locally!
The car deal we received was fair and when the purchase was done we realized it was the fastest car purchase we have ever made from any dealer.
Tony Norton was our sales person. When we mentioned a few items that needed to be looked at by a mechanic the items were taken care of. We are so grateful to a company that stands behind their sales.

Went here to check out some trucks. David Pariso was very easy to deal with, and was not pushy. I went in picked out a truck, test drove, did all the paperwork and tags, and heading home with my new truck within a few hours!
Dave was ABSOLUTLEY amazing, he worked with me on everything I wanted and managed to put me into a great car with a low monthly payment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car and I???ll definitely be going back to him in the future!!
Appointment was on time and work done is fair amount of time. Was expecting was but maybe the machine was broke down. I am never sure that things like break fluid are checked, power steering, etc.
Other wise very happy.
We have used Bob Steele for at least 3 cars. Best thing to me is that they aren't "pushy". Jason and Jose were great.
