An Outstanding car dealership. I have dealt with numerous new and used car dealerships over the years. The staff could have not been more accommodating and made the process of buying a used car very easy. They are a real class act and I am very pleased and will seriously consider purchasing car from them in the future.
i brought my car in after an accident. i heard good things so i figured i would give them a shot. i thought there was a problem with my radiator and there was a leak in my antifreeze, so i was expecting a few thousand dollars in repair. after a couple days i get a call from Ron telling me that my car seems to be running fine. he said that he put some more antifreeze in it and it stayed full, and that there was nothing wrong with the radiator other than normal wear and tear, so i was able to drive my car off the lot that day. i was extremely glad to get that call. he was a big help to me, being in college i dont have a bunch of money laying around to spend fixing my car. he didnt try to charge me for work that didnt have to be done and took plenty of time into helping me out as much as he could. i recommend going here. they a great bunch of guys that are going to treat you right and be honest about everything. i will be going to see them if i have anymore car troubles in the future.
We recently bought a Ford Escape and the whole experience was fantastic. It was a seamless experience, the best I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. We have always leased or purchased our cars from Park Ford for as long as I can remember. Our salesman, Bob D'Andrea has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He always explains everything we need to know about the new car. Always an excellent experience!!
Brought my Edge in for axle replacement. I worked with Chris. He made sure they had the parts, gave me an estimate, and then made sure it was ready when promised. He also offered me a ride home while it was being worked on. All in all a nice experience. No complaints about any car I've had serviced here.
Normally my car would be in for routine service, but on this occasion it was in to have snow tires put on and as usual was done as scheduled with a sense of urgency while I waited. I have found the service department to be very dependable and competitively priced.

I originally came to this dealership as they had a truck in stock that I knew my father would be interested in as he needs a new truck. I had called earlier to see if the vehicle was still available before I drove the hour up to see the truck. When I walked in, Brad the assistant sales manager asked who I was and when I stated my name he grabbed a set of keys off his desk, put on his jacket and walked us out to the vehicle. He was cordial and didn’t push us to purchase. He politely negotiated and did what he could to make us satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership.
