Rashad was prompt but not pushy in returning calls and emails and we have now purchased our second vehicle from Hyundai of Vacaville. I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.

I am a small business owner in the in home serivce industry and I know good customer service when i see it.
Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the buying process. He made my wife, my teenage son and myself feel very comfortable the whole time and made the process fun.
Best of all he worked a good deal with some add on options I requested.

The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
I had a very efficient car buying experience at Zumwalt Ford in St. Helena. I walked in saw and test drove a car I was interested in, purchased it and was out the door in less than an hour. Left to enjoy my new car purchase the rest of the weekend. They were friendly, courteous and there was no pressure to purchase.
