Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. this truck with eight foot bed was exactly what I was needing plenty of power and heavy enough to haul what I want without worrying about being over loaded

I bought mine new in 2016. 128k and deleted at 60k. The increase in power has been astronomical. Unrivaled power and reliability. 30 - 200 hp boost on a 5 position selector switch. It rides like a f-250 should. The more weight on it the smoother the ride. The heated/cooled seats are fantastic. I have 6 foot plus children and they have plenty of front and rear seat leg room. The power outlets are conveniently located and charge lap tops and phone quickly. The interior noise at highway speeds are imperceptible, the engine break assist is excellent when towing a trailer. Cruise control is the most economically way to drive. My milage is slightly better with the delete completion, maybe 2-4 mph depending on how fast it is being driven. Factory tires get better MPG than the Goodyear AT's but I found that the factory tires failure to have any appreciable traction a major problem and thus the change early in my ownership. Dry pavement with factory tires was excellent, however, I was unable to turn my truck with one snowmobile with a two place trailer on a mowed grass covered in 2 inches of snow. Once the tires were replaced with the AT's, no issue what so ever. My truck was ordered and never picked up and there for I got a decent deal at 63k new, 3 miles. I have the Lariat edition with tow option and plow options. I have ability for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing and in bed trailer plug. To say this truck is a beast is a gross understatement. I out perform all other brands of trucks which are similarly deleted, never been beaten. The program I run is the EZ LYNK Auto Agent II and the program is by SPE. It has a transmission tune unlike 99% of other tunes on the market. Totally recommend this if you want tons of more power and increases in MPG.

Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Very helpful and made the purchase process smooth and seamless. Would definitely both buy here again and refer others to this dealership. We are enjoying our new F-150.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

This is definitely a well built truck. Rugged and durable plus a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interior. Bought it primarily for farm use and towing trailers. However, after riding in the spacious cab my wife is now making plenty of travel plans for places we can take it.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

I bought truck to tow a camper, hauling and some general towing. I don’t tow all of the time so I bought a gas engine model. Fuel mileage is about 13 mpg, but I guess for a heavy gas truck not terrible. All in all a very good truck.
