My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. A huge shout out to Dave in parts- he was incredible. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. I recently bought a used car from this Ford dealership in Titusville, Florida. I started at their Honda dealership where Shannon took me online to view the used cars at all their dealerships, then sent me to the Ford dealership because they had a few of the model I was looking for. The car I was most interested in was at their sister dealership in Orlando and my salesman, Virgilio, personally picked it up and brought it to Titusville for me to check out. They let me take the car to a shop for inspection and drive it as much as I wanted to try it out. The entire process was pressure free and every person I dealt with was professional (special thank you to Robert) and seemed dedicated to helping me make my purchase rather than pushing to sell me a car. Raphael (or Rafael) in finance worked hard to get me the best financing and warranty package and I ended up leaving feeling like . The overall air at this dealership was stress free and everyone there was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a new or used car!
