We recently purchased a vehicle from Republic Ford. What a fantastic place!!!
If you are in the market to buy a vehicle, you should go and talk to the salesperson that we dealt with. His name is JR Farlow… He was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and patient salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He fought hard to get us the best deal possible with a NO PRESSURE attitude… I will continue to buy all my future vehicles from this super nice guy…. I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.
Salesman was eager to sell me a car. Afterward found a scratch on it. Called the salesman & he said he would get back with me.never heard back so I took care of the problem myself. Next the financing was not good. I was give a 6.25% interest rate. I told the finance ma my last car was 2.9% and his response was rates have gone up. Now 3 months later I check with my bank and guess what I got a 2.74% rate. Not happy overall.
My husband and I will never shop at another car dealership in the area now that we have experienced the excellent customer service at Ozark Chevrolet. They are fair, friendly and actually care about their customers. We have traded many vehicles over the years and other salesman haven’t come close to the customer service “Hank” gave us!!
I have been looking for a truck for nearly two years, whelp this weekend I pulled the trigger. The salesman was Dallas, he was no pressure and no hassle. Dallas was up front and just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I compared trucks from several dealerships over several states. It came down to a handshake and a promise of service. I went with the F-150 over all others and couldn’t be happier. It rides better than my luxury sedan. If you get a chance stop in at Tri Lakes Ford and see Dallas, he’s also on their youtube video.
the guys at Hamilton Ford have earned my business for life! I bought a truck from them and never even had to go in their building, all thanks to cars.com!!! of all the search sites, only cars.com totally allowed me the ability to search by trim line, accessories, adding and special key words that really made my narrowing down time minimal and made it easy for me to find the exact truck I wanted...thanks a million!!
Rick Richardson (sales) and David Trevarthen (finance) were very helpful and great to work with. They listened to what we needed and had several suggestions to help us with the logistics of the purchase. Everything was very straightforward with no high pressure sales pitch. The whole process was very quick and easy and we got a great truck for a great price. I would definitely work with him again.
This team is very responsive and cares about their guests! I submitted several requests to various dealerships looking for a vehicle and though I received initial answers back, Oakley is the only one that cared enough to stick with me and help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and taste. With them being in Branson and me in Springfield, I didn't want to make several trips back and forth. I wanted to hash out the details beforehand to ensure it was a workable choice for me and my budget. Chad patiently let me hash out the details with him beforehand via text and email so I didn't have to make several trips there. Chad sent me pictures of the vehicles that fit within my guidelines and I went over the links and carfax reports with a fine tooth comb, texting him questions along the way as they came up. He was very responsive and worked with me the way I wanted to handle it (via text and email). Chad had Chris go ahead and get me pre-approved for the loan and when I finally narrowed down my choices, all I had to do was make one trip there to test drive and make a decision! Bada Bing, Baba boom! Doing it this way worked well for me. I didn't feel any pressure to make a hasty decision at all and it proved to be an efficient trip when I went. Chad's goal was to find the right vehicle for me and he nailed it! I highly recommend this dealership and Chad!!
I found an 09 Ford, I came to look at it, bought it on Saturday! Drove great everything worked, Sunday it started overheating when it was idling! I called my salesman, service got a hold of me, before noon Monday it was in the shop being fixed! Great, friendly people! I’m a Ford guy, but after my experience at Ozark Chevy I would definitely look at a new Chevy vehicle from here!
Shout out to Scott my salesman! Awesome guy! Jumped through hoops to make me happy, I’m not sure how many times he offered to take me somewhere or give me a vehicle to drive while I was waiting on it! Great people, i would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!
Outstanding service again to my 04 Corvette. Service engine light was on, troubleshooting and repair was done in about an hour. Service rep came into waiting area, explained service required and it was done in a quick efficient manner. Very polite, friendly and expert service staff. Outstanding!
