Researching a vehicle is the best way to locate and obtain the features most important to the buyer. Miami Lakes advertising and illustration of the car I wanted was very clear and the sales team was extremely helpful in getting answers to my questions. The whole process was easy and gave me the confidence to make my purchase.

Wayne Akers FordReviews
Wayne Akers Ford review
I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke PinesReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines review
I recently purchased a brand new Chrysler Voyager from Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines and I was very happy with the service that my wife and I received. Firstly, the professionalism of our salesmen Leonardo was impeccable. He answered all our questions and he found the car we were looking for, all while answering a plethora of questions I had. Secondly, the team of Carlos and Orlan were key in getting the deal worked out including the financing, additional warranties and services that I expressly asked for. They really worked hard in making the deal happen in a short amount of time and even getting the minivan delivered to me at my location. All and all a great team. They care and want the best for their customers. I highly recommend Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines.

I would like to thank the Mitsubishi Service Department for their outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Nicole for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I would also like to thank Michael, the mechanic, for his expertise, dedication, and attention to detail. It is reassuring to know that my vehicle was serviced by someone who truly cares about doing a great job. Thank you both for your excellent service and for making my experience at Mitsubishi a very positive one. I truly appreciate your hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

They have a very nice Explorer SportTrac Adrenaline that I like very much. I contacted them on what engine it had, V-6 or V-8 and they responded promptly. They seem to specialize in nice 20 year old cars with very low mileage. Check out their inventory.
