Went in to have my oil changed and a slow tire leak repaired on my 2005 Crown Vic (with 102000 miles on it); was able to get in right away. The technicians reported that the tire was bad (worn to the markers) so it had to be replaced, as did another one. Two others were OK. The battery was weak too (it was over 6 years old). I replaced the battery and checked tire prices and found that Tasca's prices for Michelin tires were very competitive so I had them replace the tires. They took me home while they did the work - I appreciate that courtesy. They installed the new tires, rotated two existing good tires, and aligned the car. Now I'm all safe and set for a planned trip. Everyone was very courteous and cared for me. And the cost was very reasonable too.

I needed a vehicle big enough to carry a lot of large drums. I can fit a 29" Yamaha tympani with room to spare, that's good. One negative, there is no aux port (headphone jack). Also the SYNC does not actually sync with all bluetooth devices.

This is a great car for my family. It has plenty of room and is extremely comfortable. It fits everyone in my family and my drum set. It handles the road great and is easy to drive. I feel safer in this car than any I've owned. It handles slick icy roads with ease. It also has air bags all around so everyone is protected. The only negative thing I could say is that I would prefer not having the arm rest/storage between the 2 front seats. If you have a briefcase or a small bag you need to put it in the back or you can put it by the passenger's feet. That is awkward for the passenger. I had a Freestar and there is the space between the front seats that you can put a briefcase or a bag. In the winter it's easier to leave your snow brush between the seats rather than digging for it in the back. That is the only thing that I would change which really isn't a big deal. I heard that Ford is no longer going to make the Flex which is truly sad. I have several friends and family members that own a Flex. Everyone loves it. I need a car with room like this. I'm 6 foot 4 and 300 lbs. I need the room. Most vehicles feel like you are trapped in a sardine can. This is truly a great car. I really love it.

I have probably purchased more than 15 vehicles in my lifetime. I have never worked with a car dealership more professional, thorough, and timely than Colonial Ford. Stephen Z. is unlike so many other car salesmen out there who bully you with sales pitches and follow up phone calls. Stephen is a genuinely kind and unassuming gentleman, who listened well and stuck with us to guide us to find the right Ford F150. There was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. Stephen was patient and kind to our rambunctious and loud 3-year old, Owen, as we worked through the purchasing process. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My family had plans to go on vacation a few days after we purchased the truck. Stephen took care of everything to make sure that our "green gem" was Simonized, shiny, spotless, and ready to roll the day after we got back. He made sure a new bed liner (compliments of Colonial Ford) and the new tri-fold tonneau cover that we ordered were installed. Stephen even worked in cahoots with me while I was away, and he helped me to surprise my husband with an early anniversary present by adding a bed extender. He texted me with the information I needed from his personal phone after hours and sent me pictures of the truck to assure me that my surprise would go off without a hitch. We had a great experience at Colonial Ford. We walked in thinking about purchasing a new truck and walked out a few hours later having done so. Stephen Z. is excellent, so ask for him if your headed to Colonial Ford. Tell him Matt and Candice sent you!

I had just lost my first car after only 7 months of ownership and was in a huge bind. I needed a car to be able to get to my job every day relaiably. I found a deal at CF that I couldnt pass up. 2011 Focus SE with only 35k miles on it for under $10,000. My father and I worked with Mike on the deal and it was great. Mike & Jason(if i'm correct) made it so simple and easy. Given that you already understand how you're going to pay for the car, the entire process can be over in a matter of hours. Plus, I live in NY and i didnt have to go through any hoops. The CF team sent me my registration documents in the mail after 3 business days. I couldn't be happier with how things have worked out. This is the third time I have come to Lombard Ford, and Emma Allen in particular, to purchase a Premium Extended Service Plan for a new Ford truck that I bought elsewhere (I don't live anywhere near Barkhamsted CT). I was fortunate to have found them on line. Emma offered the best deal and went out of her way to save me money on the ultimate warranty. Amazingly, she even remembered me from my last purchase three years ago, and -- even better -- credited back half of that price toward my new plan. With Jack's support, Emma once again went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and that we made the best deal possible. This is my fifth Ford Flex. It is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever owned. Talk about room, it seats 7 people and still has room for luggage. Good gas mileage for such a large car. It isn’ the fastest car on the market but you don’t buy it for speed. I take it to Florida (1,600) miles one way, and it is very comfortable. The rumor is that this is the last year Ford is making it. Don’t know what I will get next.

Stopped in around September of 2017 to look into a new truck. I met Jen who was very informative and helpful, but we determined this was not the right time to buy for me. Shopped around for a couple months, got some good offers, but I knew I wanted to work with Jen again. Went back to Tasca in the middle of May of 2018, and spoke with another sales person who just wanted to make a sale and took a very long time to meet my needs. This was my first time buying a new vehicle like this, and there was a clear difference in quality of service. A few weeks later I went back and asked to work with Jen, She walked me through the whole process of what I was looking for, not one ounce of sales pressure. Very laid back, very personable and understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even was able to nearly match a better offer I had from another dealer for the same truck, and I walked out with a nicer truck than offered before. She answered every question I had (and I had A LOT) with a straightforward, to-the-point answer. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jen and I hope to do business with her in the future.

The 2019 Ford Flex is very roomy. Got mine with the vist roof . It is awesome! Should keep the grand-kids from getting car sick because it just opens up the whole vehicle, even the third row. It has so many really neat gadgets. the fact that it parks itself is my favorite. The Flex really handles nice & the safety features are wonderful. Alerts you if you are getting too close to the vehicle in front of you. It is the most comfortable vehicle I ever owned.

The customer service at Auto Fair was superior. The asking price from the original listing was actually lower than I would expect for a car with a warranty. The all around service was excellent and they were very helpful with all of my questions. I was taken well care of by Bill Jr. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He didn't even hide the fact that the car I was interested in was in a small crash and showed it to me on the carfax report. Everything was upfront and honest from the get go and he made me feel very confident, especially being the fact that I was buying a realitavely older car, a 2003 Buick Lesabre. Being an older car, of course there were minor repairs that needed to be done. Everything was fixed by the time I went to pick up the car. And it came with a 90 day warranty included at no cost. After driving the car for a few days, a couple of other problems popped up that were not detected in the test drive. Bill had no hesitation in repairing them even though they were not included under the 90 day warranty outline. The air conditioner still leaks out the Freon after a week or so, but Bill even said he would take care of that in the spring because you can't really test it in the winter and it is pretty much a trial and error repair at times with a slow leak. I finally found a car dealer and mechanic I can trust! I am enjoying my new (almost new lol) 2003 Buick! Luckily Auto Fair doesn't take as long to take care of things as I did to write this review. Sorry guys! Thank You Bill Jr.

The car is in excellent condition (allowing for it being 17 years old), Joe was very helpful and straightforward about everything. Chip and Sam backed him up in the office. Everything was as stated and ready when I came up to get the car, and then the extra care kicked up a notch! Any extras they could provide to make my life easier were there. Follow-up phone calls to make sure that I was satisfied. I haven't been treated this well with dealers that I knew personally... Super buying experience. Have you ever been in a bind and needed a car, but didn't have a whole lot of money? Well that was my case. My current vehicle was on the blink and it was going to cost too much money to repair and I had to do something. I had been up and down route 5 for about two weeks and couldn't find a car that was affordable without looking like a pile of poo. Rodney Hanna was so friendly and kind. He let me take the car I saw online for a test drive twice. He was very forthcoming with some history on the vehicle. I felt confident with his 15 years of service at United Auto. My husband and I decided to give him our business. The transaction was very smooth and uncomplicated. The car we purchased was reasonable enough that we did not need financing. I'm glad we found this dealership and our Diamond in The Rough. They have a great mechanic there by the name of John who was also very nice. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. Circumstances force me to drive a truck, van, or SUV. I hate trucks, vans, and SUVs. This at least looks fly and feels good to drive. Reliability gets 3 stars just because I don't know yet.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

T-boned, and my door took the hit...jaws of life used to get me out...car did not roll because of the Flex wide and low style and their safety standards - superior quality safe vehicle by Ford... although it was totalled, I wasn't...and my pyrex cake plate made it too...bravo Ford. Can't wait to get another one someday..I'll fill that cake plate to celebrate when I do...Thanks for making The Flex 💪...sure had the muscle I needed that day!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
