I woke up on 12/1/2018 in Minneapolis with a thought. I know the car my wife wants is at a dealership in Chicago. No dealership in Minnesota has exactly what we want. What if Grand Subaru has a fair price and the cost of a plane ticket is not too high either? I talked to Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru and told him I was from out of town. I am sure he put his best foot forward knowing that flying in that day and driving 7 hours and 400 miles back home needed a justified price/reason. He gave me a first price that was a great price and better than all the other shady car sales persons I had talked to in Minnesota. All I had to say was "okay. We are ready to do this." I then booked a one way flight on points out of MSP for 90 minutes later. Naturally I had some apprehensions about hopping on a one way flight and putting myself in a very week handed scenario with a car dealer. Jeff sent a Purchase Agreement and reassured me that he was being honest about the price. When I showed up, Jeff was a true man to his word. The transaction was exactly what was promised and I was on my way driving back to Minneapolis through a snow storm that a Subaru had no issues with!
All-in-all the sales guys I worked with were knowledgeable, accommodating, patient with me and absolutely competitive on price. I bought my third Infiniti from Gregory this past weekend and I see no reason to go anywhere else in the future.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Recently went by Chicago Fine Motors to look at two vehicles they had in stock. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours from arrival till leaving with the vehicle we wanted. Very straight forward process with no games.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

I had been looking for a used Mercedes Benz C-300 and came across the listing for the car I was looking for. I called and was helped by Cisco who was very attentive and helpful. I had narrowed my search down to 3 cars that I had located and was sold by the responsiveness and communication received by Cisco. I was in the next day and purchased the car with no issues at all. Steven Norton was very helpful And took his time with me and my wife and that’s why we purchased our vehicle at Gillespie Ford, we did stop at other dealerships but Mr. Norton explained that Mr Gillespie is not like any other owner he is not just concerned with selling the car.

I was a bit worried at 1st buying a vehicle from out of state but Evan was great to work with great communication and the vehicle turned out after inspection in Florida to be in great shape. Everything was just as Evan promised
