We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

This was my very first car purchase in the United States, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had at AutoNation Ford Tustin. Buying a car for the first time can be a little overwhelming, especially when you're still learning how everything works, but the team made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, patient, and willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly. I purchased a 2025 Ford Mustang EcoBoost, and I'm absolutely loving it. What stood out to me most was that I never felt pressured. The staff genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right car and making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. From the first visit to driving my car home, the experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The dealership was welcoming, organized, and easy to work with throughout the process. A big thank you to the AutoNation Ford Tustin team for making my first car-buying experience in the U.S. such a positive and memorable one.
