I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from Miguel. Even though I never visited the dealership in person, he made the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and arranged for my car to be shipped out of state without any issues. Everything went smoothly, and the vehicle arrived exactly as expected. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience!

Good communications!!, very informative ,and helpful , timely in their communications ,their public relations was very good!!
2006 Ford Mustang review
Second excellent Mustang. First was an 02 6. This time I bought a third owner 06 V8 convertible. It needed cosmetic fixing up. No problem. Being handy with cars it worked out for 63 year old woman. Easy to change plugs ,etc. I could not afford one. But I was willing to put the little work into it and got it for $4,200 in 2020. This car has been wonderful. Black with silver Shelby stripes. I was interested in a particular car and reached out to see if it was still available. I was assured it was, but when we got there it had been sold. They offered me another car, same year and model with less miles. They dropped the price to match the other car. Runs great and my Grandson is very happy with it.

Excellent customer service. I was in the market for a Samurai and started following one on the Approved Autos lot. I reached out and talked to Jim leading to me driving to Bakersfield from Long Beach to check it out. After test driving it we made a deal. When there was issues with the title Jim took care of it without hesitation. I would do business with Approved Autos again.

Moyer Nissan of Lebanon review
My power steering pump started leaking recently, and started to make a whining sound. Moyer Nissan of Lebanon diagnosed the problem quickly. The new pump arrived the same day and I am back on the road. I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more helpful service department. Doris, Pedro and Scot are a pleasure to deal with. Kind and professional. Very highly recommended.

Last year I got a very nice RAV4. This weekend I returned for a Tacoma thanks to the outstanding service I received from Mr. Zuluaga. Johnnatan is professional, smart and a likable gentleman. Knowledgeable and generous/ without being pushy. As I tried to focus on the relevant questions he calmly layed out the answers with all the pros and cons. Quality products, quality service. Great teamwork. They keep it smooth and painless. Much appreciated, Diego (Miami)

Kendall Ford of BendReviews
Kendall Ford of Bend review
2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.
