Buying my Ford from Adrian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about every trim option I asked about and guided me toward the perfect fit without being pushy. The entire process felt transparent and honest, which made me feel confident in my decision. I drove off the lot feeling excited and completely satisfied in my new Ford Bronco.

XT was the first person we saw when we drove onto the lot at Gwinnett Ford, we told him what we were looking for and he was very patient in helping us find a van of our choice. We appreciate how he took the time to listen to us and find sometime within our budget.

We needed a used car sooner rather than later. We have bought two trucks in less than four years at Courtesy through Jason. We went to Jason to ask what to do about acquiring a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about what is on his lot and helped us out. We walked out with an excellent used car and excellent customer care. Courtesy Ford will treat you right, and ask for Jason!

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

Mobile service option was an overall great experience. The convenience of having the tech come to me was incredible. I didn't have to miss work or fight traffic to get to the dealership. Jonah did a fantastic job walking me through the process and answering my questions. Hernan called me afterwards to discuss the recommended services and answer my questions.

Had a great smooth experience. They har my paperwork completed prior to me getting there. There also continued to work and get me a better deal with a better bank. Even when I had to come back and sign more paperwork it was a quick process and they also filled my tank "again." Special thanks to them, Andy, and the whole finance team!

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

Hennessy worked as if they really wanted to do whatever necessary to sell me a car!
2026 Ford Mustang review
We have had the Mustang Ecoboost for sbout two weeks. We love the way the car looks (people staring all the time), we love the way the car handles and drives and it it is surprisingly fast. The torque comes on quick and at low RPM. We drive in SPORT mode all the time for very spirited driving. In TRACK mode it holds the rpms and is very fast. The cockpit is like a spaceship. We have an older GT but this cockpit is fantastic. Looking forward to tons of fun in this cincertible

Gwinnett Place Ford review
I had an amazing experience working with Darryl hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met. From the moment we started talking, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and focused on finding the right fit for me. I appreciated his honesty, patience, and attention to detail throughout. If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel confident in your purchase and actually listens to your needs, Darryl is your guy. Highly recommend!

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!
2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!
