Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
First of all, I'm glad the dealership next door sucked and we went to Avondale Mazda.

Bill and Derron made the buying process easy. I went to several dealers that had good prices, terrible products, and the typical sales run-around. Munich Motors was different. ALL of their vehicles were of exceptional quality. They were all super clean, had no obvious mechanical or aesthetic defects, and the lifts on their trucks are really well done. They have a zero-pressure sales team that worked with me in an upfront manner and treated me with respect. After getting home, I realized that I left something really important in my trade and Bill went and got it right away and mailed it back to me. Super cool guys.
I ended up getting a 2011 GMC Sierra with a 6-inch left. I love the truck. It's clean, it rides smooth, and it has low miles. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, it's definitely worth a trip over there to see what they got.
By far , this was the most no pressured truck buying experience that I have ever had. Amazing staff all the way around, from the sale's rep to the detail crew, all the way to the top . I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!

I recently bought a new Ford F150 from Camelback Ford. The entire experience was quite exceptional. Eric S. my sales person, truly belongs in car sales. This is the guy you want to buy a car with! No pressure no hassle. He listened very, very well to my needs and desires and he remembered them throughout the process. I am very particular, it took two months to find the exact vehicle I wanted (we searched several states) Eric understood right away the type of buyer I am (probably a pain in the xxx) but I know exactly what I want and didn't want to be sold anything else. He never hounded or pressured me and was always respectful of my time and my needs. There were a few minor blemishes on the new truck he found for me but Eric graciously went beyond the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I have already recommended several colleagues to Eric and Camelback Ford and will continue to do so. Great Job!
