Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Acura of StamfordReviews
Acura of Stamford review
I recently leased the Acura ADX. Initially, I wasn’t certain that I was going to lease, the Acura through the Stamford dealership. However, I was pleasantly pleased with my sales woman Leah, who worked diligently to get me to the price point that I wanted to be at. She also answered all my questions after her work day was done and even contacted me on her day off which was much appreciated. We were able to close the deal and I was very happy with what we negotiated. She made herself readily available to help me also with transferring my insurance as well as contacting the DMV and turning in my new plates. Overall, I had a great experience.

Kevin truly went above and beyond to help me get the car I have now. From the beginning, he was patient, dedicated, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and what I needed. He didn’t just try to make a sale he actually cared about helping me find the right solution and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for all the effort, communication, and support he gave throughout everything. It’s rare to meet someone so understanding and dedicated. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone honest, hardworking, and truly willing to help. Thank you again for everything!

2017 Ford Transit-250 review
bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Stamford Ford LincolnReviews
Stamford Ford Lincoln review
Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

Rob and Joe were amazing and the car was in perfect condition. I drive 3.5 hours and they were very courteous and professional.

Great job of Service team on my 2006 Acura. Came for routine A1 Service on June 23rd. And problem with rear brakes was found. Service coordinator Julie was very helpful in arranging parts and repairs completed same day. Thanks Great job 6

Imperial FordReviews
Imperial Ford review
I was looking for new vehicle. I knew exactly make/model/packages I wanted I found Imperial Ford while searching online which they had one listed. For this visit I came in prepared, knowing trade in value on my 2024 and anything else I could think of. They ended up matching everything without me telling them my secrets. I left with the vehicle feeling I made a good deal and they treated me well. I would go back.
