2018 Ford Transit-250 review
A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

My car purchase experience last week at Academy Ford in Laurel MD was a pleasure. My sales associate, Ainoa Garcia, was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable with all the features on the 2019 Ford Explorer. She was a pleasure to work with. Her sales manager, Russell Hawthorne, also worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were completely addressed. I also stopped in the Service Dept. and spoke with service consultant Derek Watson with a few questions I had about issues with my old 2006 Explorer. It was great to get his input and future maintenance advice. He will be my go-to service advisor in the future. This was my first purchase from Academy Ford but it won’t be my last.

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.
