We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I am very happy with Loudon Motors in Minerva. This says a lot since I am not a fan of car dealerships due to having bad experiences. Was only sort of looking to get a used car because I wanted a specific brand and model. We had looked at this car weeks earlier at their used lot. Had a couple issue we didn't like and choose not to buy it. We were contacted later on by a salesman and were told those issues had been fixed and would we like to check out this car. They placed it on a lift for my husband to get a good look, you know how Ohio weather is on cars. Everything was great and they even changed out some other items. Will defiantly recommend them, and we will be back for future purchases. They treated us great even when buying just a used car.
2016 Ford Transit-250 review
2016 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van. Low roof version. Rear camera with guideline images. Clean title - no loans or liens. New seat covers (some tar stains on original cloth seat covers). New windshield. Purchased in November, 2017. Owner has closed his business and is moving north. Small dent in rear door but both rear doors and rear camera work without any issue. Recently serviced at Charlotte County Ford (oil change, inspection and tire repair). Multi-point inspection revealed no issues. Invoice from Charlotte County Ford is available for buyer?s review. Original warranty still active. 3.7 liter V6 engine. Rear wheel drive. Flex fuel. Spacious cargo bay. There is a step below the rear doors for easy access. Automatic transmission. Carfax available. Two 12 volt jacks and cable plug. I?ve seen the same vehicle listed by dealers (with more mileage) for mid-$20,000s.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Kristy Tomcho is a great salesperson. She didn't pressure me or rush me into a decision; she's very thoughtful and personable. I wasn't even planning to trade in my truck for a newer model, but she showed me several options with the tow pkg I wished I had ordered the first time around. It was late in the day so I left at closing to sleep on it, and even ended up picking the one I didn't think I wanted at first. She has been a complete gem throughout the process, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend asking for Kristy next time you're in the market for a new Ford, especially if you're a woman. She gets it. I'm not a big fan of the Ganley brand, I loved this store under Gillingham, so this experience has won me over because of her.
