First Visit Impressions - Seems to be Real Thing
August 2, 2021
By Matt from Findlay, Ohio
I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated.
I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH!
i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there.
Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.

2019 F-150 XLT 4X4

Owns this car
I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade!
The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away.
Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off.
The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch.
This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered!
Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!
