I've dealt with Tom Peck Ford for more than 20 years now and am impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional the entire staff is. Service department has always treated me fairly and both routine service and unexpected repairs are done promptly and done right.
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
I was suspicious of the battery when the car was completely dead, and charging and jumping didn't help, but wasn't sure if something else in the electrical system might be involved. I had the car towed to Manley's Wednesday afternoon, they had a maintenance slot open on Friday afternoon, but the service department called at 9:00 Thursday morning and said it was done! Now that's great service! Thanks so much!
It was my first time buying a new car, and I felt the experience could not have been better. Brandon was so helpful and informative, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Everyone was so nice to work with, and I felt like all of my questions were answered. In the end, I was really happy with my purchase and experience. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!
We own a fleet of Ford vehicles ,and we just purchased a New 2019 Dually 350 truck. I let them know about 3 months ago I needed a 19 Dually truck as I let many otherFord and other dealerships know. Harvard Ford called me and let me know they had one in. I actually think it wasbetter than that. I believe they made sure I got the truck as descibed to them months earlier by me. I say this because I may have one of the first if not the first one made for 2019 just because I mentioned I wanted one. The whole staff and buying process was smooth, no haggling back and forth, they gave me their best price right off the top. I know this because I always check after to see if the guys I trusted treid to ding me. Anyways when I arrived to puck up truck it was ready to go, my paperwork was already done and all I had to do is sign a few papers. I was out of the dealership in 10 minutes tops. Any one who has ever bought a vehicle at any dealership knows the hassle it usually is from start to stop. We had nothing but an pleasant expierience that you would expect to get from a family member, and that is exactly how we felt when we left. Everyone that sees this new truck of mine comments on how nice it looks compared to all the other brands out there. I would recomend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to Harvard ford and let them show you what it is like to be part of their family. There's no dealer I would take my Terrain for service other than Harvard Chevy. They are simply the best overall service and dealer I've ever found.

Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy.
