2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2019 Ford F-250 review
The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

2016 Ford F-150 review
2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

2017 Ford Fusion review
The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

2025 Ford F-250 review
I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

It seems endemic, you walk into a dealership and it's either 1) everyone jumps to see if you've been helped or 2) nobody even notices you've just walked in. The weekend I walked in, it was a mix. I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.
2018 Ford Transit-150 review
terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
