The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .

I contacted the dealership about a truck they had advertised, asking if it was still available. Adam a sales manager told me that it was and asked if I had a trade. I provided the VIN for my trade and he gave me an awesome trade in value. My wife and I then drove over an hour to the dealership. Once there we were met in the lot by Ed a salesman. Ed had the truck I called about parked out front. After a brief conversation my wife and I took the truck for a ride. When we got back and talked numbers we came to an agreement and we purchased the truck with no hassles. This made our purchase a pleasant one. 2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
