Very happy with my experience purchasing a vehicle at Novak Motors. The showroom is beautiful and every car inside was clean. Everyone was great to deal with-no sleazy high pressure tactics. Felt like I paid a fair price for a vehicle in outstanding condition. Trade in price was ok-not great but ok. Worked with Greg in sales who was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.

Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

My experience with this establishment was amazing they were very professional, I never felt like I was being taken for a ride as is the case with some places that I’ve been, and a big thanks to Cristina for her expertise and for helping me to get the best possible loan rate. I would recommend Cristina if you want the best.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

This is an honest vehicle, it does what you expect it to do and it does it very well. I have had the 4.6 engine in several Ford products over the years and have had zero trouble with them or the Transmission. The seat is comfortable, the dash is well designed and its an altogether solid vehicle.

So to be honest I love my car I got a BMW 4 Series Coup with the XDrive and it was basically brand new with really low mileage and perfect exterior and interior i would recommend this place 10/10 to buy here again since the fact they have a good selection between luxury,exotic, and economy class vehicles

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .
