Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

He was extremely professional and tried to get me the deal I was looking for, but we couldn't come to terms; not for his lack of trying. He presented their best deal and I chose not to accept it. We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!
