I purchased a used truck at AutoNation Ford Tustin this past week and the purchase went very smoothly. Our salesman Jonathan was great answering all our questions with no pressure. There wasn't even any real pressure when we finalized the purchase with the finance manager unlike the high pressure we have had to endure from past car purchases. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

Came in for a routine service (oil change and tire rotation). Krysta and the staff were professional and kept me updated on my service and estimated time of completion.

This is my favorite Van, the 5th one I have owned, the seats are very comfortable, easy to get in and out of, nice full running boards, great visibility when driving, excellent back up camera and rear sensors, love my Sirius Radio, lots of cargo room, great leg room, front and rear air condition cools off quickly.

I came looking for a couple of trucks for my business and i found exactly what i was looking for i bought three units for my business i would have almost double the amount if i would have bought new...they allowed me to take the vehicles out to the franchise dealer and some things needed to be fixed so they took care of those little details got me commercial financing and i was pretty much on my way I recommend this dealer no doubt they have a huge inventory you just have to do your own due diligence...

I have bought 2 work trucks from this place and they were both good and reliable. The sales people were pretty good except for the second time around, he actually got frustrated when my wife started reading the contract before signing. The only issue I have is both times I purchased, the trucks gas tanks were on empty and they wouldn't put any gas in them for me. The second truck I bought, the tank was so empty that I was stressed leaving the place just hoping to make it to the gas station across the street.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

the process was so easy and straight forward. Nothing was hidden. Purchase process was beyond my expectation. So far, vehicle is running great !
