2025 Ford Maverick review
I have abused this vehicle. Towed 6000#, pulling trees 4 ft in diameter and 60 ft tall that a Kubota tractor couldn't budge. I've run the xxxx out of it and I have no complaints. Best little truck money can buy.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2024 Ford Maverick review
Only has had one glitch, the passenger window switch died after about a month, but that's what the warranty is for, and they fixed it. The hybrid is rated at 38 mpg I think, but I'm getting closer to 48, I log my mileage, so that's a reliable number. Front wheel drive so you don't have the light rear end traction issues. Feels and drives more like a car, but when you want to load stuff the bed is there. Unless you want a big heavy duty truck, which it isn't, there's nothing not to love about it.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

Absolutely outstanding! It's been almost 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do!

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2024 Ford Bronco Sport review
2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have owned my Bronco Sport for a month. I am very satisfied with the performance and comfort. I highly recommend purchasing if your looking for one. It's quiet riding and I like the large screen. SO far so good. no complaints.

2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. The only reason I give Carrollton Hyundai 5 stars is because there is no way to give them a 10. We already owned a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that we loved. As happens, we developed some difficulty with the key fob. We went to Carrollton Hyundai because it is much closer than the dealership, we had previously delt with. As soon as we entered the facility, we were greeted by John (sales manager) who asked if he could help us. He fixed the problem in nothing flat. There was no judgement nor laughing at a couple of old folks who didn't understand new technology. Just a friendly smile from a man who had to reposition the battery which had been inserted upside down. John didn't just walk away; he walked us to our car and thanked us for coming in. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just a friendly reassurance that if we had any more difficulties feel free to come in to see him. Because of the friendliness, we decided to return a month later to consider purchasing a new vehicle. We met Devin before we could even enter the building. He didn't "Jump" on us like most salespeople, just a friendly greeting and an offer to be of assistance if needed. We had done our homework and explained to Devin what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. He didn't try to push us into anything other than what we wanted. He did, however, explain that he had two options that might fit our needs. In fact, he even offered us a financing option that would allow us to purchase the vehicle we wanted for even less than we had anticipated. While we finished the necessary paperwork, Devin had the vehicle completely detailed inside and out. He even had the gas tank filled. A lot of dealers give you just about enough gas to get off the lot. Devin explained that we had 5 days to return if we decided we didn't like the color. We returned to tell him the color (red) was just fine, but we needed a little help with some of the technology. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood his explanations. Then Devin took us down the street and around the corner where he filled the gas tank again. In my opinion, you can't beat the professional at Carrollton Hyundai.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
We've owned the Bronco Sport Heritage for 6 months and we are thrilled with it. The 1.5L did not impress me in the beginning but has absolutely won me over. Driving to 5000 feet up 6% mountains is not a problem for this engine neither is passing on the freeway. Engine noise when accelerating is surprisingly quiet and its averaging 32 mpg. The interior is smartly laid out and roomy. The exterior is just fun to look at. The boxy shape really sets it apart from the other SUV's out there. A lot of thought went into the design of the Bronco Sport and the longer I own it the more I'm appreciating the vehicle.
